കരിയർ സ്റ്റുഡിയോ – ഡിസൈൻ യോർ ഫ്യൂച്ചർ” പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു
കാട്ടൂർ പി.എസ്.എം. ഹയർ സെക്കൻഡറി സ്കൂൾ (വൊക്കേഷണൽ) ലെ കരിയർ ഗൈഡൻസ് & കൗൺസിലിംഗ് സെൽ (CGCC),ജനറൽ എജ്യുക്കേഷൻ ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ് (VHSE വിങ്), കേരള സർക്കാർ എന്നിവയുടെ സഹകരണത്തോടെ “കരിയർ സ്റ്റുഡിയോ – ഡിസൈൻ യോർ ഫ്യൂച്ചർ” എന്ന കരിയർ മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശ പരിപാടി ഫെബ്രുവരി 3-ന് രാവിലെ 9.30-ന് പി.എസ്.എം. ഹാളിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു.
പ്ലസ് ടു കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള വിവിധ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ, വൊക്കേഷണൽ, പ്രൊഫഷണൽ സാധ്യതകളെക്കുറിച്ച് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിൽ അവബോധം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് പരിപാടിയുടെ പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യം. മാറിവരുന്ന തൊഴിൽ മേഖലകൾ, കഴിവ് വികസനം, വ്യക്തിഗത താൽപര്യവും കഴിവും തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞ് ശരിയായ കരിയർ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കൽ തുടങ്ങിയ വിഷയങ്ങൾ പരിപാടിയിൽ വിശദമായി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.
പരിപാടിയുടെ റിസോഴ്സ് പേഴ്സൺ ആയ ബിജു ആന്റണി, സ്റ്റേറ്റ് റിസോഴ്സ് പേഴ്സൺ – കരിയർ ഗൈഡൻസ് & അഡോളസന്റ് കൗൺസിലിംഗ് (CG & AC), വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുമായി സജീവമായി സംവദിച്ചു. സ്വയം തിരിച്ചറിവ്, അഭിരുചിയും കഴിവും അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള കോഴ്സ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്, ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സാധ്യതകൾ, തൊഴിൽയോഗ്യത വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ലൈഫ് സ്കിൽസ് എന്നിവയുടെ പ്രാധാന്യം അദ്ദേഹം വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
അധ്യാപകരും CGCC അംഗങ്ങളും വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും പങ്കെടുത്ത പരിപാടി വളരെ ആകർഷകവും പ്രയോജനപ്രദവുമായതായി മാറി. കരിയർ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സംശയങ്ങൾക്ക് വ്യക്തത ലഭിച്ചുവെന്ന് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.
വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ ഭാവി രൂപപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് സഹായകമായ ഈ പരിപാടി വിജയകരമായി സമാപിച്ചു. പരിപാടിയുടെ വിജയത്തിന് സഹായിച്ച റിസോഴ്സ് പേഴ്സൺ, അധ്യാപകർ, വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ എന്നിവർക്ക് CGCC നന്ദി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.

2. Objective of the Programme
The programme Career Studio – Design Your Future was organised with the aim of providing structured career guidance to students. The session focused on helping learners understand emerging career opportunities, academic pathways after Plus Two, skill development, and informed decision-making for their future.

3. Resource Person
The session was led by Sri Byju Antony,
State Resource Person – Career Guidance & Adolescent Counselling (CG & AC).
His expertise and experience in the field of career counselling added great value to the programme.

4. Inauguration and Proceedings
The programme commenced at 9.30AM in the PSM Hall. Teachers, members of the CGCC, and students participated actively. The event was organised as part of the CGCC initiative of PSM HSS (Vocational), Kattoor to strengthen career awareness and future readiness among students.
Sri Byju Antony addressed the gathering and interacted closely with students. He highlighted the importance of:
• Self-awareness and aptitude identification
• Choosing courses based on interest and ability
• Understanding vocational, professional, and higher education pathways
• Developing life skills and employability skills
• Long-term planning for a successful and meaningful career
